About Wesley

From the time he could hold a paintbrush, Wesley Newton has loved fixing things. What began as a relaxing hobby—painting and tackling small remodels after high school—quickly grew into a calling. While earning his degree at Clemson University, Wesley worked with a local remodeling firm and discovered a talent for blending craftsmanship with business strategy.

After graduation, he spent a decade at James Hardie Building Products, sharpening his expertise in residential construction, exterior siding systems, and market development. Those ten years gave Wesley a deep understanding of how the right products, installed the right way, can protect and elevate a home for decades.

When he isn’t helping homeowners re-imagine their exteriors, you’ll find Wesley tinkering with his next DIY project or cheering on his Clemson Tigers.

Founding Carolina Exteriors

In 2010, Wesley launched Carolina Exteriors with a simple vision: provide homeowners with world-class Hardie® siding installations backed by genuine, people-first service. Having served in every role—from crew lead to estimator to general manager—he knows every inch of the business. That hands-on journey reinforced his core belief: a company’s greatest asset is its people—employees, trade partners, and the homeowners we serve.
